Salty, sweet and lotsa love. This tasty take on homemade granola is inspired by my hub-bub (AKA "Bear"). When we were dating, I was looking for something easy to make and to gift his family during the holidays a few years ago. I stumbled upon a recipe and decided to put a little bit of a bear-twist to it. It worked out well because we got engaged! During our wedding, we made batches of this Bearnola and our friends still talk about it today - almost 10 years later.
Great for just snacking or enjoy with your favorite yogurt, fruit salad, ice cream, chia pudding ... ah the yummy possibilities!
